I knew on my wedding day how lucky I was to be marrying into the Davies family with Joan at its heart. All I can say is thank you to Joan for the never-ending love and support that she has shown everyone and for all the happy memories we will treasure in the years to come.   We will all miss her (and her chocolate cake) forever more.
