I am so grateful for having so many great memories with Nan. But here's a few.

When we were on holiday, Nan's dinner came before Grandad's. Grandad went to pinch one of Nan's chips, she went to slap Grandad's hand away but also knocked the red wine over which ended up all over Grandad's very light coloured trousers.

When Nan caused us all to have a power cut by plugging her dodgy travel kettle in.

Cuppuchino and cards on the balcony singing away (or trying to) to the tunes on holidays.

The once in a lifetime opportunity Nan gave us to swim with dolphins, along with the one and only horse carriage ride that Nan let me do.

The many memories of Nan and Grandad looking after us in the school holidays and taking us to lots of lovely places like Cheddar Gorge, Longleat, Bournemouth.
